What Waw is

Waw is a WhatsApp assistant for work teams. It turns messages and voice notes into tasks, sends reminders, and prepares a weekly report for the team manager.

Data we collect

• Your phone number, name and job title, as you provide them when joining.
• Only the messages you send directly to Waw. Waw cannot read your other chats, groups, or anything on your device.
• Voice notes are transcribed to text and the audio is not retained. The transcript is kept to improve accuracy and correct tasks.
• Tasks, their status, and completion notes.
• Files sent to Waw: content is kept for 30 days and then deleted; the description (name, date) is kept.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: extracting tasks, sending reminders, and preparing reports for your team manager. We use service providers for text and speech processing (AI and speech-to-text providers) and cloud hosting, solely to operate the service.

Sharing

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. Your team manager can see the team's tasks and reports.

Your rights

• Send "my data" (بياناتي) to Waw on WhatsApp to see what we hold about you.
• To request deletion, email us below with your phone number; data is deleted within 30 days.
• When a team is removed from Waw, its data is deleted within 30 days.
